Terms of Service

Edgewise is a prediction market analytics and social platform. We help users connect trading accounts (for example via APIs), sync trade and fill data, view performance and statistics, follow other traders, participate in community features, and optionally subscribe to paid tiers such as Edgewise Premium or Edgewise Pro creator subscriptions. Edgewise does not execute trades on your behalf and is not a broker, exchange, or bank.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. You may not share your account in a way that circumvents access controls or misleads other users.

You agree to:

• Use Edgewise only in compliance with applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party services you connect.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other users' accounts.
• Not use Edgewise to distribute malware, harass others, scrape in violation of our policies, or overload our infrastructure.
• Not misrepresent your identity, performance, or affiliation with Edgewise or any trading venue.

You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and compliance with Kalshi, Polymarket, or other venues you use. Edgewise surfaces information for your convenience; it does not replace your judgment or venue-specific obligations.

Edgewise Premium is an optional paid subscription (for example monthly billing through Stripe) that unlocks additional product features described in the app. Fees, taxes, and renewal terms are presented at checkout and may change for new purchases with notice as required by law. You may cancel according to the cancellation flow shown in your account; access to Premium features typically continues until the end of the then-current billing period unless stated otherwise.

We may offer promotional or trial access to Premium. When a trial ends, continued access requires an active paid subscription unless we state otherwise.

Edgewise Pro allows eligible creators to offer subscriber-only content or desk access and to receive payments through our payment partners. Creators must meet application or qualification criteria we publish in the product. Subscriber relationships are between you and the creator as facilitated by Edgewise; Stripe and related agreements govern payment processing.

Platform fee: Edgewise retains a 15% platform fee on Pro subscription revenue processed through the service, unless a different rate is expressly agreed in writing for your account. The remainder is attributed to the creator subject to payout rules, chargebacks, refunds, and Stripe Connect availability.

We may remove or suspend Pro features, creator accounts, or subscriber access for violations of these Terms, payment failures, fraud risk, or legal requirements.

In addition to Section 3, you must not use Edgewise to:

• Violate securities, commodities, gaming, or gambling laws, or venue rules applicable to you.
• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or deceptive practices on any connected venue.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• Transmit unlawful, defamatory, or hateful content through profiles, messages, or broadcasts.
• Resell or redistribute Edgewise access in violation of technical or commercial restrictions we impose.

Edgewise is not a financial, investment, tax, or legal advisor. Nothing on the platform (including analytics, rankings, consensus views, Pro content, notifications, or community posts) constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any contract or security. Past performance shown in the product does not guarantee future results. You alone decide whether and how to trade. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edgewise and its operators disclaim warranties (express or implied) regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such disclaimers are prohibited.

Edgewise owns the service, branding, software, and content we create. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or internal business purposes as intended. You retain rights in content you submit; you grant Edgewise a license to host, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the service (including public profile features you enable).

We may suspend or terminate access to Edgewise if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or harm, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using Edgewise at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edgewise and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Edgewise for the service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

You will defend and indemnify Edgewise and its operators, affiliates, and personnel against third-party claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of Edgewise, your content, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law. If you do not agree, you must stop using Edgewise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms or Edgewise, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
